As part of PAC-CARE’s Loan Program – we empower people who are looking for assistance to start up small businesses. Participants are interviewed, and those who meet the required criteria, are given interest-free loans. We have assisted people with business ideas ranging from – trading, tailoring, catering, tire repairs, etcetera.

Just like the fish represented in our PAC-CARE microfinance logo, give a person “[…] a fish and you feed him for a day. You teach him to fish and you give him an occupation that will feed him for a lifetime.” (Chinese proverb). Our goal is to equip self-sufficient people, who will go on to benefit others and society at large.
