Because we are saved by a risen Christ, we can have hope for the future, no matter how desperate our circumstances may seem. After all, God has promised that we are His throughout eternity. And He has told us that we must place our hopes in Him. Today let us summon the courage to follow God, even if the path seems difficult, even if our hearts are fearful, let us trust our Heavenly Father. Trust Him with our day and our lives. Do His work, care for His children, and share His good news. Let us allow Him to guide our steps, He will not lead us astray. God who knows the strength that comes from wrestling with our fears will give us wings to fly. With God by our side, we have nothing to fear. With Jesus as our Savior, we have received the priceless gifts of eternal lives. Let us be that grateful and courageous servants this day and every day.
