When we praise the Lord, we unleash the spirit of God to do awesome acts of power. Our hearts should be filled with praise and worship for the King of Kings. Praise is music to God's ears. God inhabits and loves praise. How can we make God happy? Praise Him! Why should God be praised? He is our creator, redeemer and comforter. Praise releases the power of God. Praise is an expression of gratitude for His mighty acts of power and His surpassing greatness. Praise releases our lives into the hands of God. Praise releases the Holy Spirit within us to call upon His Almighty authority. Praise releases our spirits to sing of His awesome greatness. Now let us make a list of reasons why we are filled with praise today – then take a minute to sing a song of praise to God now. God inhabits Praise! There is power in Praise! – Ephesians 1:3-14
