The words of that lovely old hymn should make a deep impression on us. What comfort we get in those words!
“I must tell Jesus all of my troubles,
He is a kind, compassionate Friend;
If I but ask Him He will deliver,
Make of my troubles quickly an end.
Tempted and tried I need a great Savior,
One who can help my burdens to bear;
I must tell Jesus, I must tell Jesus:
He all my cares and sorrows will share." ~ Elisha A. Hoffman, 1893

It seems the only right thing to do. God will answer our prayers in such unusual ways and turn our sorrows and fears to great blessings. Are you heavy-hearted? Tell it to Jesus. Our burdens may be too heavy for us to carry, but Jesus has told us we can cast them on Him. — Matthew 14:12
