God helps, protects, and guides those who seek Him with all their hearts. He never promises that this life will be free of hardship or pain, but He insists that the souls of those who love Him shall be preserved. Adversities are God’s way of maturing us. No one likes trials and suffering, but because of our faith, we may begin to understand how God can use them for our good and His glory. God surrounds those who love Him, like a thick wall surrounding an ancient city. He covers us on every side so that nothing reaches us without first passing through His loving hands, which is the best security system ever created! The Lord protects our souls and shields us from all evil. — Psalm 121:7-8
