Being Complete in Christ

To have a relationship with Christ is to know God in His fullness. To be complete in Christ is an incomprehensible truth beyond the scope of human intelligence. It is a mystery that only the Holy Spirit can translate into our lives.

To be complete means, we lack nothing. In Christ, God gives us everything we need to be fulfilled, joyful, and pleasing to Him. Being dissatisfied, inadequate, or joyless reveals much about our relationship with God. Are we turning to Christ? He wants to be the answer to our every need.

Also, since Christ is the head of every spiritual and earthly power, we Christians should know peace; we should not be frightened by or preoccupied with the enemy whom Jesus defeated and disarmed (Col. 2:15). However, the defeated foe is the father of lies, and he tries to lure us into a phantom battle that Christ has already won. Let us trust God’s promises, not Satan’s lies.

Knowing Christ- knowing God- means having everything we need to experience a joyful, fulfilled, and abundant life. — Colossians 2:10
