Today let us spend some time thinking about our Lord God, the unlimited, creative, compassionate, Sovereign of all that exists, who has called us into a relationship with Him. Our God can do anything; there is absolutely nothing impossible for Him. At His command, the earth became the perfect home for us (Genesis 1). By His loving sacrifice, He defeated our enemies of sin and death forevermore (1 Corinthians 15:54-57). But, of course, the best news of all is He loves us. We should look to our Father in Heaven for everything we face because with God as our Protector, Provider, Redeemer, and Savior, there is nothing for us to fear. God holds our lives in His Omnipotent, all-powerful hands. — Psalm 8:3-4
