Guidance from God is like a rudder of a boat or plane. When we need advice, the Lord gives Himself, as well as the direction to keep things moving smoothly/straight. As believers in Christ, we live in a new dispensation of grace. We are reconciled with God through the cross and have access to Him in a much more profound way. Not even our wrong choices are beyond His forgiveness and innovative power to provide His best for our lives. The answers to so many of our questions are inherent in the message and mandate of Christ. When we grow in closer union with God, the answers become clear. Let us ask the divine Pilot to move the rudder in the direction we should go. — James 3:4
