Making decisions can be a daunting task, especially when we are faced with challenging choices that have the potential to impact our lives. However, as believers, we have access to divine guidance that can help us make the right decisions. In Proverbs 3:5-6, we are told to “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” This verse reminds us that we don’t have to rely on our own understanding when making decisions. Instead, we can trust God’s guidance to lead us down the right path.

James 1:5, “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you,” encourages us when making decisions by reminding us that we can ask God for wisdom and guidance. When making decisions, seeking God’s will and direction is essential. So, take some time to pray and seek God’s guidance. Trust that He will lead you down the right path and that His plans for you are good. Remember, as Proverbs 16:9 says, “In their hearts, humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps.” Trust in God’s guidance, and He will make your paths straight.
