Each new day offers countless opportunities to serve God, to seek His will and to obey His teachings. Each day also offers countless opportunities to stray from God’s commandments and to wander aimlessly in a wilderness of our own making. God has better plans for us, and whenever we ask Him to renew our strength and guide our steps, He does so. Let us consider this day as a new beginning, a new start, a renewed opportunity to serve our Creator with willing hands and a loving heart. Let us ask God to renew our sense of purpose as He guides our steps. Today is a glorious opportunity to serve our Father in Heaven. Let us seize this opportunity, while we can tomorrow may indeed be too late. Please say this prayer: “Dear Lord, conform us to Your image. Create in us clean hearts that reflect Your love for us. When we need to change, change us Lord and make us new.” Amen. – Isaiah 43:18-19
