There are times in our lives when we need answers. Maybe we are going through a season where our faith is being tested by challenging circumstances. Perhaps we are facing some tough decisions about the future. Whenever this happens, the greatest obstacle to finding answers is our self-reliance. Our independence could lead to our downfall. We want to work it out by ourselves and manage it on our own. If we lean on our intellects, answers will elude us. If we depend on God, then we will hear, see, and experience the right answers. It is a matter of learning and attentively listening! When we position ourselves to hear God, He will keep us on track. Are we hindering God's work in our lives? Are you ready to lean on God's promises and trust in Him? Let us cast all our burdens and problems unto the one who calls us to do so with loving and open arms. Faithfully serving God helps us to make the right decisions for ourselves and our families. We need to put every area of our lives into God's hands. Let us yield to God's will for our lives! — Proverbs 3:5-6
