Eternal Value

Christians are to invest in the lives of others. As Christ-followers, we must devote ourselves to helping people meet Him. God offers Salvation to the entire world. However, some people have not heard that Jesus loves them and died on the cross for their sins (John 3:16). The reality is that some people closest to us may also not know the gospel. There are many ways to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ, but person-to-person evangelism remains one of the most effective ways of telling people about our Savior. This connection enables the unbeliever to get their questions answered and their concerns addressed in a personal way. Those who accept Christ can then be discipled through the reading of Biblical messages and Christian fellowship, which are essential for spiritual growth. We, as believers, are responsible for reaching out to the world. Jesus said, “As the Father has sent me, I also send you” (John 20:21). Investing in the spiritual growth of others is a pursuit of eternal value. –Mark 16:15-16
