People understand and love their liberty and freedoms—the freedom to pursue one's dreams and live according to one's beliefs. The New Testament presents true liberty as accepting Christ as Lord and Savior and being set free from sin (Romans 6:18). This freedom is not to do as we wish, but as God wills. Therefore, let us closely guard and treasure the freedom Christ has won for us. — Galatians 5:1
