St Augustine noted how “God loves each of us as if there were only one of us.” Do you believe those words? Do you seek an intimate, one-on-one relationship with your Heavenly Father, or are you satisfied to keep Him at a “safe” distance? Sometimes in the crush of our daily duties, God may seem far away, but He is not. God is everywhere we have ever been, and wherever we shall ever go. He is with us night and day. God knows our thoughts and prayers. And when we earnestly seek Him, we will find Him, because He is here, waiting for us to reach out to Him, today and always.  Our hearts are made to cry out for a love that can come only from our Creator. Let us praise Him for the glorious gifts that have transformed us. Let us reside in God's loving embrace today and throughout eternity. — John 15:9
