What is your state of mind today? Are you willing to place your trust and hope on God’s promises for your life? This day and every day is a chance to celebrate the life that God has given you. It is also a chance to give thanks to the One who has offered you more blessings than you can imagine. Today why not focus your thoughts on God and receive the joy that is rightfully promised to you by a Heavenly Father who never fails. Celebrate God’s glorious creations, trust your hopes instead of your fears, and when you do, you will think optimistically about yourself and life in general, allowing you to be that light that shares optimism with the world. “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 5:16). Dear Heavenly Father, please help us to face this day with a spirit of optimism and thanksgiving. Let us focus our thoughts on You and Your incomparable gifts of Grace and Salvation. — Proverbs 4:25-27
