Look up to God

When we feel things are not going well for us, let us turn our concerns to God and be honest. As we do, let us remind ourselves of the truths of the Bible to restore our hopes. Let us turn our attention to God (Psalm 121:1-2). Let us praise God for our Salvation (Habakkuk 3:17-18; Ephesians 1:3-8). Let us remember what the Lord has done for us through Jesus Christ. God's love is far greater than any difficulty we face. Let us look for truths and lessons that may come out of affliction, trouble, or pain (James1:2-4). We need to learn what God is trying to teach us through our struggles. Let us celebrate God's faithfulness (Psalm 119:89-92). Trials help us appreciate and magnify the unchanging God, who never leaves nor forsake us. When we feel worried and confused, let us remember to turn to our Heavenly Father in prayer. Let us read and meditate on Bible passages and ask God to renew our hopes. God is forever faithful. When we feel hopeless, let us look to the God of hope. — Psalm 119:92
