There may indeed be times when we find it challenging to praise God. Conflicts and burdens can weigh heavily on our hearts, and worries and despair may consume us. However, we must realize that during these periods of adversities, we shall discover that our Savior is worthy of our adoration. Jesus has not only given us eternal life (John 3:16) and conquered every challenge we face (John 16:33), but He loves us with an everlasting love (Jeremiah 31:3) and would never abandon us (Hebrews 13:5). This Saving Grace and Sacrificial Love is why we must set aside time to know Him, meditate on the Word, and embrace the wonderful, holy, Omnipotent, wise, and merciful God. The better we know our loving God, the more we want to exalt Him. So let us praise Him and appreciate His unconditional love. Let us take our circumstances to Him and trust His excellent plans for our lives. Let us focus on God and praise Him always. — Psalm 18:3
