As we grow in the Lord, let us work on spreading the Good News message. Perhaps our work will be one brief task. Or it may be some activity (like a ministry) that will fully occupy our years. It may be an opportunity to share our faith with someone, to intercede for others, or to love through quiet acts of kindness. There will always be something for us to do. In the meantime, we must prepare ourselves through prayer, Bible reading, and quiet fellowship—ready for the moments that our Heavenly Father calls on us. Shall we be ready when our Lord needs us. God has work for all His children. — Luke 19:34
