Do not fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. There are two sorts of people in the world—those who live from a center of fear and those who live from a center of faith. Those who live in fear live in constant worry. Those who live in faith enjoy the opposite because they trust that God controls everything and meets every need. This assurance does not mean all will be smooth sailing, and there will be no worries. Instead, in faith, we are to turn it all over to God our Heavenly Father in Prayers. Before we know it, everything will come together for good and settle us down. Let petitions and praises shape our worries and concerns into prayers! — Philippians 4:6-7
