A Christian is meant to be a light in the darkness. The purpose of our life is to be a commanding witness for Jesus Christ in a dark world. What we believe, what Christ means to us and what He has done in our lives cannot be hidden. The technological achievements of our day tend to make us subdued witnesses. We are afraid to share the simplicity of the gospel in such a complex world as ours. We forget that our complicated, computerized life has only intensified our personal need for Christ. A creative witness earns the right to be heard by living a dynamic life. You cannot miss a living Christian any more than you could miss a city! Our challenge is to keep our minds filled with the truth of Christ, and our emotions fired with the love of Christ, so that we can attract the people around us with the quality of life. There is no such thing as secret discipleship. Disciples cannot be hidden.   `Matthew 5:14
