These four words give us hope for the trials of life, “God is with us.” When we feel the blast of difficulty and testing, we know God is ready to lead us through if we call to Him in our distress. This kind of surrender of life's pain and problems gives us assurance and comfort in knowing our loving God is there for us. There is a beautiful breakthrough and resolution to joy and peace when we know with confidence that we are not alone. Our hope is not based on getting God to do what we want but on trusting God regardless of how everything plays out. — Daniel 3: 17-18
