God has promised that when we walk faithfully with Him and when He becomes an integral part of our every day lives, His spirit will guide us in such a way that His protection will surround every thing we say and do. Though we would like to be perfect, the truth is that we make mistakes, we fall down and become a disappointment to ourselves and those we love. It is easy to be hard on ourselves when we make mistakes. But do we move from that mistake and continue to walk in God's love and forgiveness, or do we continue to wallow in our own pity, not allowing ourselves to be forgiven, and therefore nullify God's glory? God wants to take us gently by the hand and lead us, so that we are blessed and He is glorified. Today let us imagine ourselves walking beside Him.
